The research initiated by this research team explores the relationship between institutions, growth and development. It particularly examines the rationality of institutions and their efficiency in economic development. In this context, the research aims to understand the dynamics of market and non-market organizations in the growth process through a reading grid linked to institutional economics.

The general objective is to show the fundamental role that institutional theories play today in understanding organizational phenomena, economic performance and institutional changes in countries in transition countries.
