This research group aims to analyze the state and its governance systems in the transition country; it illustrates the public decision-making process in terms of managing development projects and evaluating them at different implementation stages. Moreover, it assigns the task of analyzing the intrinsic role of the state in the configuration of corporate governance and resources governance systems.
